What is the correct finish for the trunk interior?? They sell an aqua/black splatter paint and is listed for 1st gens.. Did the trunk come with that from the factory?? Or just the trunk liner?? Thanks..

I recently restored an all original, one owner 67 convertible that the trunk was the lighter gray/white splatter. Its funny too...... It was in perfect condition with absolutely no imperfections/rust. The car I did never had a rubber mat either.

A search will yield many different paints and solutions to achieve black aqua..here is what I did.... :)
