I am restoring a 1970 BB 396-375hp car. In both sides of the lower A arm were extra bolts from the factory. Bolts had nuts on them threre were 3 in each side under the springs. 1/2" bolts w nuts. Anyone ever see this? This car was a Van Nuys plant car.

If I have your desctiption right, these are to hold the brakets for the brake lines.
