They look cool but I couldn't see doing any serious driving with them. The back of the rim just doesn't look comfortible to me...

I like the old style also, but it feels out of place with the covan dash and black center panel. Here's what I'm looking at. my car.

Marc, what about a factory red wheel? Obviously its your money but I don't think a bulky custom wheel is going to do much for your interior. I would keep it simple. You have a very clean dash its going with. Whats the rest of the car look like? :confused:

To me it depends on the interior it goes on. If its custom interior than a custom wheel works. I like the wheel with the red wrap myself. But it depends on the interior. I put custom interior in my 68 and used a Billet Specialties wheel. It goes with the interior and it matches the rims on the car....nobody pays any attention to that. Just like rims, a stearing wheel can make or break the car.

Go with the Budnik GT and have the center powdercoated black and leave the screws shiny, it is 13 3/4 inches in diameter just perfect.

Well it's kinda custom. I have the Covan dash and may go with the autometer console gauges. I might even get a quick silver shifter in the future. I like this whhel also. Here's the car. I'm going with a black dash panel, ash tray and changing the console plate black.

OK, since you're going custom, I like the Grant wheel A LOT better!
