On a 69 can i install the column before the cluster. Or should i install the cluster first. THANKS... ;)

You can install the cluster with the column in place. Just unbolt the support and it will be out of the way. Or you can remove the steering wheel. It is just easier to install and connect the cluster with gauges without the column in the way for us fat old guys.
