I just installed some new hoses and actuators for my rs headlights but I must have a vacuum leak. I'm trying to test the vacuum relay switch. How can I tell if its working???

fit appropriate size hose to fitting on relay, place other end of hose into food receiver located on face.. Draw breath in like trying to drink a McDonalds shake.(before they sucked).. Relay should operate.
