Hey Scotty,

I haven't heard of this and believe me, I've been doing a lot of research given my current project. There is an easy way to find some info though - at www.yenko.net they have a somewhat complete VIN list. If you are on there you have a half a million dollar car... :)

There is a few large batchs of Norwood tags and some smaller batches of LOS tags, that all have a hole in them under the 4 option group. Theres at least 25,000 NOR tags like that and maybe a thousand LOS tags. Must have been a fault in the original tag blank, they come and go throughout the production year in groups.

The dash after the last group doesn't necessarily mean the car is a Yenko, or a Pace car. Its an indication that the car is part of a fleet order (FSO). Could be a COPO (which is just one type of FSO), a special order car like a pace car, or it could be part of a fleet order, like a batch of Hertz rent a cars.
