My problem is the transmission in my car (Borg Warner 4 spd) begins to grind in 1st gear when the clutch is depressed after it gets warm. If I take it out of gear when this happens then it is almost impossible to get back into gear. It only happens when car is warm. Any advice?

Have you tried putting it in reverse, then back to first, or letting the car roll a few inches then trying again?

It could also be that your clutch is slightly out of adjustment. When things get warm, they expand slightly, so this could be a reason why you don't have a problem when its cold. Try lengthening the clutch rod a few turns and try it again.

I also think it is the clutch adjustment.

I would agree with deerhunter and 67SS&99SS. Clutch adjustment.
