I have found a set of 69 aluminum heads that are in good shape and have been checked out by a machine shop...everything is fine. They are complete with valves and springs installed. Any idea what they are worth?
They are 3919842 heads that were for

1968-69 396/427 Closed chamber 106.8375cc
L-89 430, 435 L-88/L-89, 1.84 ex

Depends on the dates. Over the counter replacements aren't worth as much as originals.

I had a set that killed my L78 when a seat fell out. They were dated 67&68. They went on my car when it was 4 months old. I had a shop repair them and they sold for $1500.00. That was 25 years ago.
