my 67 coupe front window has 4 rollers
1 on the window assy
3 on the regulator assy
the 1 on the window assy I found can be replaced with npd#c-10783-51
the stud is wrong but the nylon roller is a perfect match, just center punch out the new shaft and press the roller on the old shafts window assy.

the regulator assy has 3 rollers 2 are the same heavy duty type with a internal spring washer(short) and 1 thats a lighter duty part(tall),
I found that npd#c-10792-102a is a perfect match stud and all for the lighter duty one.

the 2 heavy duty ones I have not located as of yet and as luck would have it one of them is broken so I need some help?

the one that needs replacing is on the tip of the regulator assy, not the scissor part that pivots, id like a npd# if possible.

thx for the help

Scott, do a search for "window rollers" in the interior forum. I did a post about a year ago on the window rollers and bought them from your neck of the woods. I recall I got them at www.althafastners.com Be careful as the ones listed for my 69 were not correct and I got them for a 57 to 66 GM which were correct. Search for the post as it also has some tips on the install. I tried to copy it to this post but could not get the copy feature to work.

I have several pictures of the rollers there.

I found in many instances the parts shown for the year may not be correct. I found this on my 69. If you have a sample of your rollers in hand, search between the years of GM rollers and GM types. The ones that matched my 69 are listed for a 57 to 66 GM, used in Pontiacs, Buicks, and Olds. Who would figure. The catalog listing for my 69 was way off.

You might try to go to an auto glass shop that has been around a long time or specializes in hot rods etc. I did and the shop had some of the rollers I needed.

after a lot of searching with no luck for the correct part this is what I settled for,
I used the npd#c-10792-102a and added a .037 s/s washer to the back of the roller, same outside diameter ,same inside diameter, this made the npd assemble (thicker)fit tighter in the channels that this roller is used for,it looks like it will work.
thx for the help
