I would suggest going to camaros.org and decoding it yourself. Not to be ugly, but so that you feel more confident in the info looked up.

But this is what I came up with:

1967 Coupe built in Van Nuys, RS package, 396/325hp, Black Strato Buckets, Black tail panel, all deluxe seat belts, tinted glass, fold down rear seat, rear speaker, front console compartment, interior decor group.

Built in the 3rd week of February of the model year.
