I have a 91 rs V8 camaro 305 TBI Auto. I let it sit for a few months without cranking. Well here recently i tryed to crank the car but would not start. I replaced the fuel pump and it works great. but the motor will turn over and just not fire. ANd only way it will crank is to shoot started fulid into the throttle body but once that burns out it cuts off. its getting fuel up to the point where the fuel lines connect but from there the injecters wont spit fuel. how do i fix this problem????

Check each injector, pass & drvr side, at the injector connector.
Black wire on each side is power from eventually, the battery. Power is through a relay and fuse.
Colored wire in injector connector is from ECM. No crank, key on, battery voltage.
It is best to measure voltage across the wires of the inj connector with a digital multimeter. The better meter brands, i.e., Fluke for one, have a fast-acting analog scale across the bottom of the display. Place meter probes across both wires and crank engine - scale should go up & down at a fast rate - you're looking for a DC change across the two wires. No change - bad ECM or open wiring from injectors to ECM.

The reason for measuring across the connector is the ECM places a low potential on the colored wire to open the injector. One quad driver for one inj, another quad driver for the other inj.

as you crank, you should see a spray of fuel from the injectors. Also, the coolant sensor, by the thermostat housing, the one with two wires, should read resistance above 5K-6K, closer to 10K-12K, when cold. You might substitute a 10K resistor across the coolant connector to "turn on the choke" mode. This is providing the harness is good from the sensor to the ECM. Sensors do go bad, measure it across the two terminals to read a high resistance when cold.

Did you change the fuel filter?
If your pressure is below specifications, the injectors will not fire. A plugged filter or bad fuel pressure regulator will cause low fuel pressure assuming the pump is good. A fuel pressure gauge is really helpful.
