I'm currently in the process of getting everything working again on my (new to me) 69 camaro, I've got a few more things - one of which is the windshield wiper sprayers. I've got an RS model and I've already determined that I need to replace the plastic innards to the RS sprayer module, what I don't know is if whether or not I need to replace the solonoid that houses them or not.
Is there a way to test that part by itself?
Also, The sprayer appears to be running all the time when the wipers are running, is there a good way to test the wiper switch too? I've found it's easier to test the pieces in isolation as well as I'm going to be tearing this thing apart in a little bit for paint and I'm just trying to make I figure out what's broken and needs to be replaced before I do that.

Cool. Here's one that has been in-place for a few years (40, in 3 months)
