: Shocks for my suspension upgrade

After a great deal of research (this site is loaded with tons of info, thanks to everyone), I think I’ve nailed what best suits what I’m looking for on my budget brake and suspension upgrade. I replaced all the bushings when I first got my 67 RS a few years back. The brakes are drums all the way around and the suspension is all stock. My goal is to improve the braking and suspension for a street car and keep the tab close to $2K (which I think I’m close to now). I'm sticking with the 15" centerlines that I got with the car. Motor is a 350 with a 700R4. I'm still considering whether or not to do the Guldstrand mod, but I’m leaning toward not going that route.

Thoughts on the setup below? The biggest area of concern for me is the selection of front shocks, is this the correct shock I should be ordering?

For the front:
Bel Air Bob's front disk kit
Biltstein Sport Series F4B461021H0
Moog 6308
ADDCO #020-599

For the back:
Hotchkis Sport Leaf Springs Kit - 2407C
Hotchkis Rear HPS 1000 Shock - 71010012
ADDCO #020-671

I would recommend the Bilsteins, Hotchkis sells Bilsteins valved to work with their springs. After Bilsteins, I would look at Konis, both receive good reviews from users on here.

The rear shocks i listed above are the Bilstein shocks Hotchkis valved to work with their leaf springs.

But because i'm going with the Moog 6308's and not Hotchkis front springs, i wasn't sure if the Hotchkis valved Bilsteins front shocks would be the best option for me.
