Hi and first off thank you everyone for looking and helping. I have owned several 1st gen Camaros overth years but I am no way an expert. I bought another one that has been apart for 20 years and almost every interior piece is lost. It came with deluxe interior and I just purchased almost every piece from Matt's Classic. Well everything except the frames. My question is what works? I have been looking on Ebay and I see 69 convertibles do anyone know if convertibles will work? Thank you in advance. Also does anyone have a suggestion on a good book that helps to reassemble this car?

seat frame's are
#1 std are the same 67 68 69 EXCEPT CONVERTIBLE
#2 deluxe coupe 67 68 69 / std or deluxe 67 68 69 convertible are the same ,

fold down is different frame

SO if you need a seat for a 67 deluxe coupe and you see a 67 convertible seat frame it should work ,

I hope and THINK that's correct ,,,

i have a 68 firebird rear seat. it should be the same. as long as your camaro has ash trays in the back. great condition. I will let go for cheap.

I think I need this broken down even easier. Please put it in an easier term so even I could understand. I guess what I am asking is, are the seat frames the same for convertible and deluxe and are they the same for 67-69. What I thought was standards do not have any thing in the side panels so they are longer. Deluxe or convertibles are shorter and interchange.

I have tried to email and p.m you camaroboyy about the seat. I do need one and if anyone has one for sale I would like pics and a price please. Thank you. Also to Christopher. I followed your link and if I am reading it right it has two sizes of seats. Narrow or wide. So am I right in thnking I either need a long or short rear seat from any first gen Camaro. Thank you

On a 67, if you have the deluxe interior, you'll need the narrow seats just like in all year convertibles due to the armrests.

are you looking for the the rear deluxe door panels too? I have some along with the seat. I bought a fold down seat to go in my car.
