i dont know much about the jam jet efi manifold from gm performance. i was wonderin about the performance capabilities of this manifold. like rpm range and max horsepower and torque.

Timing definately an issue here. Sounds like it needs to be advanced. Also, very good idea to always run a fan in front of the car when breaking in an engine in your garage or driveway. More air flow helps in the cooling process.

Are you planning on running just the Ram Jet injection on an older engine or the Crate Motor itself?

i was thinking of running the ramjet on a 383 or 400 small block. this motor isnt for my camaro, its going in a friends 66 nova. i dont know much about the flow capabilities of this manifold i was afraid it might choke the motor. hahaha i said choke the motor. we were thinking about a 383 or 400 with the ramjet and a set of vortecs

Good choice!!! I am thinking of the same on a mild 406 build.
