My engine really stumbles or hesitates in all gears when under 3,500RPM's or so. Seems pretty strong when I floor it and get past this RPM range. This is my 95 Z28

95 LT1 Z28?
Have you changed your fuel filter ever?
Air Filter Clean?
Spark Plugs changed yet?
Tried different brand 92 octane gas yet?
When is the last time you had fuel injectors serviced (cleaned)?

I had a 100K service done about 3 months ago. Plugs, fuel filter, PCV, fuel injection service, engine and coolant flush etc. I had a diagnostic done a few days ago and was told I had a miss in one cyclinder and adviced to change plugs. (3 months old) dealer performed service.

As your RPM increases, firing speeds up and any resistance or partial open in the plug or wire is being overcome so your car runs better at higher rop than lower...
I still think things may be compounded by a vacuum leak in the pcv tube between the valve cover and throttle body base we talked about in the other thread...
