Here is a copy of the chassis dyno printout. For some reason the engine's HP is flat from 5000 RPM to 5500 RPM then it starts going down. On the engine dyno my max Hp was at 5700 RPM, any suggestions on what is causing it to do this?

What did you change when you went from the engine dyno to the chassis dyno? Same exhaust? Same accessories? Was the tuning the same?

I don't know what headers or exhaust were used when the engine was dynoed by the builder. I also haven't touched the carb. It was tuned when the engine was dynoed. I was thinking that maybe the engine wasn't getting enough gas at higher rpms. I do have a 110gph fuel pump but I had a Russel fuel filter that was rated up to 300hp engines. I went ahead and put a new one on that is rated up to 1000 hp. I have chambered exhaust on the car but I wouldn't think it would affect the hp that much.

That chambered exhaust will kill a bunch of power compared to an engine dyno system.
a/f on the left side looks weird, but I bet that was just the sensor used.
Right side a/f looks fine, don't think fuel was a problem.

Who's Dyno did you go to? I used 2 different one there and got two different numbers but my A/F was the same.

if this is a factory type chambered system it's a major power killer. If you ever cut them at the chambered section you'll see how small the id of the pipe is at the crimps, absolutely horrible. Get rid of that and re-dyno, you will be very happy.

Whoops, I forgot to say that the 2nd dyno printout was from the engine dyno after the engine was built.
