We bought this project as a roller and did the pro touring treatment to it and were just going to play with it.

Well we just couldn't live with the previous owners body work so after two rear quarters , outer wheel houses and drop offs and one complete door she is just about ready for paint.

Here is before.

Didn't look to bad but the quarter skins were installed very poorly and were popping.

Here she is all sealed up and lookin straight.

Yes, it was very hard to take it down since it didn't look too bad and it was running and driving.

Wow nice job, that color is sweet. I love the way it looks in the sun. What size wheels and tires are on the back ? They look great...

Hey Brian I love the car it looks great. I am wonerding about the RS front end but standard rear. Also can`t tell from the picture but are you going with a stock dash or was it modified.

Thanks,

I added the RS front end. Thought it looked cleaner without the rear back up lights.

Dash is stock with 5" auto Meters.

Well we have a new Tremec TKO 5 speed on the way for Agent Orange thanks to Classic Motorsports group.
The Richmond just doesn't shift well enough for me.

Can't wait to get this baby in.

Thanks Thomas.

We finally got the interior in and just have to hook up the air and work out a few bugs.

We look forward to hitting some shows.

The Tremec shifts great, big improvement over the Richmond.
We also just added keyless entry and remote keyless trunk.

First coat of wax today. lookin pretty good.

Very nice work Brian. I can't wait to get mine painted. For now I'll just look at these pics to see what mine will eventually look like... minus the 6" cowl hood. I've only seen a sunset pearl camaro out here in Cali. Never a tangelo. I've seen the tangelo on other cars and it does "pop" with the yellow pearl. Ok, I'm motivated again to go work on her. Cya

Very nice 68. I've ran my 68 without a bumper for a while now as I like that look as well. But the bumper is starting to grow on me again....so I may put it on.

Matt,

Thanks,
Funny you should say that about the bumper. I have been thinking of adding the front bumper. I do think the 67-68 looks great with out bumpers but lately I don't mind the look of the bumper. Not sure yet.

Thinking of changing the hood too.
