hey guys, I have used this site for reference so much I decided to register just in case I can help someone in the future or need help myself!I own a small shop here in syracuse and have restored a few 1st & 2nd gen camaros. Not a good typer so it takes me a while to get my thoughts out so I always will include a phone # when asking or answering questions.I currently own 3 69 camaros.1st one is a fathom green x22 4spd 325/396 that i first restored 20 years ago. It still has a really nice lacquer job with no crazing or cracking yet after all these years. it was a 100% rust free car w/original # muncie,12 bolt&396.paid 2300.00 for it in 1982!mostly race it now as it currently has a 525ci ,A833 4spd,4.56gears ,4inch exhaust& go's 10.30's street legal.dont drive it much(self employed with a 7yr old & 1yr old boys)but cant bring myself to change it! Also have a 69 RS/SS 375/396 that needs a resto .daytona yellow ,turbo 400 on column(cx code) 4.10(bv code),V75 liquid tire chain.Im currently building a 6cyl car that is the same green on green as my 325hp car that will get a stock 396 ,muncie ,&4.10 12 bolt so i can drive my boys to shows & stuff.I designed &built amodular frame jig so i could rebuild this car that I may try to market someday.Could go on forever ,got lots of work to do, thanks for listening ,Eric

Intersting..subject header
Live: yeah been out on the road with the guys, and yes I have slept in the trunk several times...and it is suprisingly comfortable with built in pillow ...and get a better sleep than the smelly snoring guys in the little tent
eat Yep ..the weather was real bad, and tent to small to cook in, so turned the camaro into the wind and cooked up in the trunk
breathe cant beat the smell of hi octane fuel when idling at an interesectio with the windows down and a breeze from the rear

Welcome to the home of the 69
Lot happened that yr...man on the moon, hendix, woodstock? and I left school.

Hi Eric, I am located between Binghamton and Ithaca. Not too far from you. You probably run at Ciecero, right?

Welcome to TC Eric!

I am just a fcouple of hours north of you, just over the Thousand Island bridge. I've been to Syracuse many times. I enjoy going to the Syracuse Nationals. Was there one year when they had a wicked rainstorm on the Friday and all the cars in the lower part of the fairgrounds were in about 6" to 12" of water...that was very sad  day for many people.
