Anyone know of how to or where to find a new trunk lift spring/bar? I believe mine is broken and have yet to dig into it.

I've been told that there are 2 Diameter of Trunk Lid Torsion Bars for the 70; the smaller one for no spoiler and a larger one with spoiler but I have never noticed any difference other then there are notches in the Torsion Bar Mounting Brackets to vary the amount of force.

Try Classic Industries Part# 9868539 for the left and Part# 9868540 for the right. $25/ea.

Should add that if you don't have a spoiler, the right hand spring is # 9868538.
