I have the top only chrome air cleaner still has the ac air filter info on the bottom would have to be rechromed to be perfect has some scratches on top.What would it be worth?

Paragon sells a very nice lid for just over 100.00 with the correct silk screening, so yours is probably not worth rechroming.
