needs complete interior upholstery (std black)
Body is done and painted (wrong color to trim tag)

mechanically good driver
nothing correct on motor, all expensive stuff gone, alt, dist etc
does have original rad, brake booster and master
no other options

What docs, that matters most in this situation for pricing?

What does the owner want for it? Usually owners will do at least some research. If you want the car , thats what you will have to pay.

Owner says he must get what he's got in it which is about $25,000US

Don't know the before picture but the fenders, inners, doors, rockers, hood, truck lid, quarters and rad support have been changed.
Trunk pan, frame rails, floors, cowl look OK but there is a lot of the undercoating sprayed where I could misjudge the true condition.

Is this the yellow heap Legendary had?

Never saw any signs of yellow paint.

And what makes it a 375 horse 396? Get under it and look for this. You must see this transmission with a TH400 option. Another color tag, it's not 375 horse. Doesn't mean you walk, just add it to your price matrix.

The big block's from Ancaster he's asking $40k and $60, don't know anything about the cars...do you know what they are?
