the gab between the fender and tire are different from side to side and i add washer on a arm
and gab is 1 inch can any one help me with that here is some photo

You need to take some measurements and make sure your sub-frame is in the car straight. Adding or removing shims to the area you pictured (upper a-arm) is not going to change the gap in the top two photos.

I cheked the sub-frame and a arm there are no hit or anything

do you think maybe it from the subframe bushing
the bushing are very old
