Please note the link you posted says the part is for a 67-68. What got me looking that close is the wires look too short to go to passenger side from what I remember about the 69.

Alan, did you find it? I can crawl under there if you're still in need?

Thanks Fred, I found the problem, I installed double Post Door Jam switches and grounded out the lights with some new "grounded lights" I bought at an auto store that won't work......I figured out what I had done after looking at my AIM,DUH........ Isolated ground that actually breaks the loop for the light, me being a High Voltage Lineman my head is always thinking AC automatically. Where grounds are important or voltage will imbalance,DC is constant.Reworked the old lights that will work(Isolated Housing and Ground),I just have to get under there and resplice, I currently have Flu Bug all week,he thought it was walking pnuemonia but X-rays show different,Thank God,kinda put the reins on the Camaro. Thanks for checking up me ,I need it with this old car sometimes.
Thanks Again,Take Care.....alan
