Hi guys,

I have both radiator support mounts that need replacing where as the other four mounts I think are ok, see photo. Question should I just replace front two, will ride etc be affected, or just do them all and be done with it.

Under the firewall and towards the ends of the subframe....As long as you can get them off, replace them all!

If your bushings are real bad it might mess with your door and front end gaps when you install the new ones. Look at your door to fender alignment gaps first then see how it looks when they are replaced.

Replace them all, but as past threads have mentioned, do one side at a time. Also, don't jack up the body to much when getting the new mounts in or getting the old ones out. I threw my front fender out of alignment by jacking it up to much.

Plus the steering shaft could get damaged.

I've ordered solid mounts from Rick's and have researched the forums and got good info on the install. Just need the mounts to co operate.

Not a hard job at all as long as the bolts come out without breaking the cage nuts. I just unbolted the steering box from the frame, removed the ground wires from the firewall, removed the front bumper brackets at the frame, and removed my passenger valve cover(so the cover would not hit the heater core). Then lowered the frame down about 3/4 inch and the bushings came right out. Hope that helps.
