Ok so I'm ready to start on my pro-touring 69 and I'm making my parts list for this project. Where I need some help is with the motor selection for this. ( I know next to nothing about LS motors) I'm hoping that you guys can help me understand so I can make the proper choice.

Did you check out the latest issue of Chevy high performance magazine?
If you have the cash you can have a 500 c.i. LS motor with 717HP on pump gas or 923 HP on the juice.
