I am having my entire 67 camaro primed with Sherwin Williams 2 part epoxy, I was wondering if anyone can receommend what I should paint the subframe with over top of the primer and the rest of the misc. parts, such as Hinges, latches control arms springs, or is it ok to just leave the primer as the final coat, also what about the underside should I put a top coat on that also? Thanks for the help guys.

Rob,

Did you get the Dimension Line DP800 epoxy primer like I got? Just curious. I plan on spraying the entire shell, inside and out, with this to give it all a protective coating. I pretty much either decided to go with the Sherwin Williams paints as my final, or Dupont. Not 100% sure yet. I am painting mine frost green, so whoever has the best match...

I am not sure if it is Dimension Line or not, the shop doing the sandblasting is primering the car. I will find out.

I pesonaly used SW a long time ago and was not to happy with the line.If you are using Sherwin Williams paint ok but if you are using a different paint I would use all the same name brand so you don't make a sandwich...
