Is there supposed to be something behind the cowl vent panel that holds it up? I have it screwed to the cowl in the front but it wants to sit down in the back (below the fenders).

In the back,near the windshield, the Chrome moulding for the WS holds it up. The front of the Cowl Panel has to be shimmed to align to the Fender.
