Can any body explain how the lower (cowl )molding is held in place?Never assembled one yet and my car was rough lota of parts missing.

Thanks I realize that you are relatively "new" here at TC so please don't think I'm tryin' to "bust your chops" but you'll get better/more responses if you would have posted this question in either the Restoration or the Body Shop sections. KevinW Feb 12th, 09, 05:12 AM Brad, yes, you get quicker reponse with questions in the correct forum, but us "old-timers" :) click the "new-posts" button to see all the posts. :D Anyways, there are clips that fit into the lower moldings which screw to the cowl before the cowl upper panel is installed. These molding clips also hold the cowl upper panel tight to the molding. |
