I have a 67 RS grill to put together. How can I get it riveted together to look decent without a high priced riveting tool? I know I will need to bolt it together first and then work on one at a time but there is not a lot of room to set the rivets.

Some people are using these SS bolts instead of the factory type rivets. They have the same head as the rivet:

Borrow a rivet tool, you must know someone that has one. It not, you can buy one for about $15. You will be surprised how many uses you will find for it.

Use the bolts. You never know when you may need to remove the grill for something.
