I purchased a heater core from Year One and it is smaller than the original one I pulled out. The original core fits snug under a bracket. The new core does not fit tight and there is a lot of movement.

Is there a place to get a core that has the same dimensions and specs as the original. Or is there a way to make the smaller Year One core fit??

Is your core 2" or 21/2" deep x 6" long

Not sure about dimensions. 67 Camaro 6 cyl / small block should all be same right??

I dropped my old one off at a radiator shop this morning. Since it did not leak, I will have them pressure test, clean and round up the hose connections. Should be no more than $40 they say.
