Do p245-60-15 overpower the look of a 1969 camaro vert.
Or do i go 15x8 vette ralleys on p235-60-15 by the way tires will be letter walls

The 235-60-15 will work fine on 7" rally's.

I think you'll have a problem with the Corvette 15x8 rallies. The offset will put the wheels further outboard and in the way of the fender lip. The aftermarket makes 15x8 rallies with offset that's suited to a Camaro, but, most the aftermarket wheels aren't hub-centric, like GM wheels.

I had trouble running 15x8 Corvette wheels on my '69 Z28 many years ago (with F60x15 BFG TA's).. I used round headed bolts around the wheel lip, and had to remove my wheel lip trim (after bending one of them)... the tires scrubbed during tight turns on inside and outside...
