as the title says i found some wheels that I might buy and was wondering if i'd have any problems
275/60/15 bf goodrich radial t/a on the rears with a 15x8 4.125bs
215/70/14 on the fronts with a 14x6 3.125bs

I think you'll be close to, or hit the fender lip on the rears. The backspacing should be a bit more, around 4.5". I have 15x8" wheels with 4.5" bs and 275/60/15 drag radials and it fits perfectly.

I've got 245/60-15's with 4.125 back spacing and they rub sometimes on big dips.
I'm sure the 265's would rub.

275/60/15's will rub on big bumps in a '67 and no one will be able to ride in the back seat ever (I just ruined a set of T/A G-Force tires that way:(). Depending on the backspacing, it will either hit the fender lip or the inner wheel well. If you 'roll' your fender lip up you'll have no problem. I'm cutting some of the lip off at the very top.
I guess it depends on how stiff your rear suspension is too. I had no problem with 295/50/15's, but the added height of the 275/60/15's filled up the wheel well and rub pretty bad sometimes.

I had 15" ralleys on my car for a long time with 275-60-15s, and never any rub. It was close, but it fit perfectly.

lurchhammer, you have a rear pic of your car with those 295's on it. i've heard several people say they fit but never seen a pic of them on from the rear.
i see you went back to a 275/60/15. any reason why? did the 295/50's look too short?

These are 295-50-15's in the photos above.
They did look a hair short and just made it even with the fender lip without sticking out too far.
I went back to 275-60-15's just to get a higher gear ratio for some highway use and to fill up the fenders a little better. My springs were weak and the taller 275's rubbed like crazy on corners or bumps. The 295's hardly ever rubbed and looked meaner from the back.
