The last time I went elk hunting was when the planes hit the world trade center, man do I miss the elk and elk country. If you ever have room for an extra guy in camp let me know :D

Yea! Here I am sitting in camo sweats replying to post's. Let me see less then 60 days and I will be back chasing the bugling bull all over the mountains. Camaros and Elk hunting in the same night. Sweet dreams!

58 days left and we will be flinging arrows at them damn creatures!:hurray: Elk are like no other animal that I have ever hunted. Try having the composure to stay as steady as a rock while you have a 700 lbs pissed off animal, screamin its head off at you because you either invaded it territory or you have something he wants.:beers: It is an experience that can not be explained in words, it must simply be experienced. Anytime anyone wants to go let me know, I've got a few spots that are alright;).

Oh yeah I live in Stevensville, MT its about 20 miles south of Missoula.

I met someone from your neck of the woods tonight at the Rumble in the Rockies car show here in Kalispell. Had a real nice visit with them. they have a red 60 chevy pickup. He said his dad lives in Superior and has a 73 camaro. I forget there names I hate getting old! I'm sure we will meet up again at the Thursday evening cruise in.

The season is getting closer
