Basically are the shifter locations the same from 68 to 69...? not worried about console clearence..the reason.. i've got a new Hurst shifter for 68 sag, still need linkage but was wondering if this would work.....?

The Hurst aftermarket shifter is the same for 67-69 but the chrome stick listed for 67-68 is different then the 69 stick and the 67-68 installation kit is different then the 69

The 67-68 stick should work in a 69 with no console but will be lower and farther back.
