Can I take the speedo gear from my powerglide and put it in a saginaw trans to keep my speedo accurate after a trans swap? Would both the drive and driven gear need to swap as a pair?

Deffentely maybe, I did that a long time ago, worked fine, there are not that many trans
gears, if both your pg and sag gear are simular , try you can only loose a $4 gear

speedo driven gears are different.........
