I have a 1969 which has a 6 cylinder and I am going to install a 350 crate motor with headers and HEI distributor. I will also be changing the manual steering to power steering. I have already installed a Muncie 4 speed.

Which engine frame mount and motor mounts will I need to purchase for the 350? Since the 4 speed has been installed, will any changes need to be made to the cross member?

What pulleys will I need for the power steering pump, water pump, and crank? Are they all single belt except for the crank, which is a dual belt? Can I use any pulleys off of the 6 cylinder?

Thanks very much.

The pulleys from a 6 cylinder will not work. For pulleys and accessory brackets, I would go with '69 small block, with the long water pump. The number of grooves for the pulleys, will depend on what accessories you want. (A/C etc.) For frame mounts I would use the '69 302/350 (high performance). For engine mounts, I would go with Energy Suspension "Tall and Narrow". This set up will allow you to use an 8" harmonic balancer. Your crossmember should be the same. For headers, I would go with Hooker or Dougs. You will want a small HEI distributor or a converted points unit. The large HEI would require denting of the firewall. For power steering, I would get an IROC third gen. unit or an AGR steering box.
