Has anyone with a 12 bolt, 3.15 Bearing and staggered shocks setup installed Wilwood disc brakes? If so, which kit did you use?
I see kits on wilwood.com for the following related setups:
Chevy, 12 Bolt Special for 3.15" Bearing
Chevy, 12 Bolt Staggered Shock Mount
But I don't see a combo of the two. Working on my 68 coupe. Thanks.

You will use the 3.15 beairing and reverse the right caliper. We can talk you through it.

Frank, are you saying I should get the 3.15 kit and simply reverse the right calp? What's involved in reversing the calp?

It requires flipping a bracket and moving some bushings. When it is in you hand it will be easy to explain. When you get it I can explain it. Pretty simple

Thanks Frank. I will plan to order 3.15 bearing kit and get in touch with you when I am ready to slap it on.

Frank,
Spoke with Moser today as that's who I'm getting my rear end from. What do you think about their suggestion... Going with 12 bolt, 3.15 bearing setup but rather than GM flanges going with Ford flanges instead. This way you can slap on Wilwood 140-9460 Ford kit that's made for staggered shock setup.
If my understanding is correct then... Wilwood bracket kit and bearing retainer bolt directly to the flange (those are the only things that bolt to the flange). The rotors bolt to the axle studs. The axle studs will/should(?) have a GM stud pattern given this is 12 bolt GM setup Moser is building. Will Wilwood's Ford rotor fit onto an axle with a GM stud pattern? Or perhaps Wilwood's rotors are "generic enough" with multi predrilled hole patterns to fit both Ford and Chevy axle stud patterns? Or maybe I should just go with your plan...

Your working way to hard and costing yourself money and time. LOL! We build a LOT of Camaros, have 19 F Bodies at the shop today. We are top 10 in Moser sales and Wilwood sales both. That is a lot of rears and a lot of brakes, and without checking, I bet 75% of the parts were for Camaros / F bodies. We can save you both money and time if we spec it all out for you and you buy from us.
The short answer is yes, Big Ford Torino ends, Big Ford brake kit, Chevy pattern on the axles, there are a couple special notes for Moser, they see it on most all of our orders. And it works like a charm.
If you order all the componets through us we take responsibility for everything fitting. If you want to buy the parts direct and spend more money, I will be happy to provide specs and part numbers for you.
Send me an email to Frank@ProdigyCustoms.com and I will lay it all out for you to make sure you get it right weather you buy it from us or direct.
