when i turn my wipers off they go up instead of parking. ive replaced the pulse board and the motor works fine when its not hooked to the linkages. can someone help me out

On my 98 chevy truck the board goes bad and then the wipers stop where ever they want, and run internitently in all switch positions. Jeff |
