I am going to a 5 speed but would like to restore and keep the console of my '68 automatic,wood triming. Everything is in really good shape but it looks like they were never cleaned. small nick on the shifter bezel (?). It was worth it to find the money under that 40 yr old carpet! any suggestions about where to start?
