For the CC would have to know how much compression you want. You can post all the specs and ill run the DCR for you if you want. DCR is the real compression that takes into account cam and vavle timing and so on. Dart's are nice, worlds are good but need broze guilds, chevy bowties are nice, Pro topline are cheap and nice, They are all withen the same margins if you ask me. Dart is the most respected I think and probally the elite head. Just My opinion

with 64cc it will have a cc of 11-1 flat top pistons, a friend said go with the dart 200cc
at 64cc if i dont like them you have a better chans in selling them..... for better darts

With 400 inches and that much cam, carb and intake you might be able to use a bigger head - like 220cc intake runners. I assume you spin this motor up to 6500 or so. The Dart Iron Eagle 220's might be your best bet or maybe the Pro topline heads if they come with larger runners.

As for the chamber size, it depends on what piston you have, but with that much cam you can probably get away with about 11:1 compression with iron heads and still run pump premium gas. My 388 runs 11.3:1 with 64cc heads, -5cc flat tops, 64cc heads and a .036" quench height.

this is probably about the best deal for your price range.
