Wipers suddenly stopped working. (I'm thinking either wiper switch or motor). What is the easiest way to attach this problem? Thanks, Don

Same thing happened to me just after bought it.
The funny thing was if I shut off the engine and started it again the wipers would start working again!?!?!
Sometimes I could wiggle the switch and they would work again.
So for me, I think the problem was/is the switch. (I haven't changed it out yet.)

I don't seem to be so lucky. Wiggling switch doesn't do it. Wipers have simply stopped working. Should I now assume it is the motor? If so, how do I remove motor and check this out?? Thanks, Don

Wiper switching works from the grounds, probably you lost a ground from switch or motor. Search the electrical section, lots of good info on how to troubleshoot wipers on 1st gens.

Did ya check the fuse?
