does anyone know of a roller rocker setup that will fit under a stock 67 camaro 396 valve cover? How much is there to gain with rollers on a 10:59-1 comp with 520 lift cam? Any comments will be appreciated.
Thanx

I don't think there are any "true" roller rockers that will fit under a short valve cover. Roller tip rockers will fit, but I don't think they are worth the effort. True roller rocker will free up a few HP, but you gain more than HP you also get lower oil temps. The reduced friction in the fulcrum is where you get the benefits not in the tip. If you are going to buy roller rockers, just buy the full roller rockers to start with. That way you won't have to spend the money twice.

Just added roller rockers (and a bunch of other stuff) to my small block (350) - the original valve covers fit when we used the double thick gasket - and - you really can't tell once they are on and bolted down.

but (to confess my bonehead move) - you will need longer valve cover bolts - I didn't think of this in advance - was the third trip to Ace Hardware that day... they just smiled...
