Firstgenguy,
Can you please discribe exactly what your plumbing for this air intake system consist of?
Where did you get the tubes. Your system is very nicely done. I would maybe be intersted in copying it on my 67 ragtop with a 355 TPI w/ mass air sensor.
Thanks in advance for any info you may provide.

Hot67, My filter setup is pretty simple. I am wanting to change the metal pipe to have the bend in it and eliminate the rubber elbow. I will try to get some more detailed pics up but, if anyone has questions feel free to ask. Here is what it is.

1- metal 90 degree elbow for TPI purchased from summit for around $90
2- silicone reducer, I beleive 3 1/2" down to 3" ( might be 4" down to 3" )
3- short section of 3" diameter stainless steal exhuast pipe that I polished
4- 3" rubber 45 degree elbow purchased from true value hardware
5- MAF sensor ( for the mounting bracket i used the washer bottle bracket turned upside down. perfect fit! )
6- cheap 15 dollar filter with 3" diameter inlet

OL SCHOOL,
Please accept my apology for High Jacking your post.

firstgenguy,
Thanks for the info. If you are changing your set up, would you like to sell your current set up to me? I do Not need the Mass Air sensor.
