Anyone have a suggestion for which upper radiator hose I could use for my set up? I tried a third gen upper, but it's not even close. The thermostat housing points right at the alternator, so the hose has to go around or over it. I imagine a regular lower for a small block will fit. Stock radiator by the way! Tried a search, but no luck  Kevin

As Joe just said get stainless hose and a adjustable thermostat housing. Wrap
the hose around alternator from radiator to housing. I'm assuming you have the
gm serpentine accessory drive? Worked for me.

get a t stat housing from a late 80's/early 90's pickup that points straight forward and use a hose for the same application.
either that, or get a t stat housing for a 92ish Caprice and use the hose for that- it wraps around behind the alternator.
