My original post - got closed before I could get the pics taken and uploaded!!! Apparently this is a topic that has lots of "opinions" !!!

I am trying to decode a trim tag code on my 67 camaro that we restored. I had someone say that the code was for a copo so that is what I am tryin to find out.

The code is the -079B at the bottom of the trim tag!!

HELP!!!!!!!!

Thanks a bunch

I have a pic of the trim tag and a pic of the car. If you have any other pics that you would like to see let me know!!!

Thanks again for all the information and the help that has been given- sorry for any heated debates though!! LOL

Its a fleet and special order code, usually associated with a special paint instruction car. Its not a COPO code as one thinks of being associated with an L72, or ZL1 type since the factories did not do that type of modifications in 1967.

I'm missing it. There's no F&SO code on your tag. It's a regular tag for a Mountain Green 67 with a black top.

The code that everyone was telling me that it might be a copo car or fso was

760-Z

That is what I am trying to figure out is what that code is.

Everybody is wrong. 760 is the interior trim code for a standard black bucket seat interior and the -Z means the front seats do not have headrests.

Sorry to say!

That's your Black Standard interior!

That's pretty far off from what you posted!
