Both seem to be in good shape, what would be a fair price to give the guy?

The Ml is throwing me off, is this a Kelsey-Hayes wheel? Does the AO stand for a Chevelle? What year did they stop making this wheel?

AO is a 1970 Chevelle 14x7 wheel. Yours are dated April 29, 1970.

I just sold wheels dated the same date and a week earlier for $125 each.
Mine need to be painted , but were straight and not rusty.
