I have been having trouble with my garage floor building up condensation when there is high humidity. Have any of you guys had this problem and is there anything to do about it? I dont want my 68 to rot away. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks Erik

I always keep two small fans going, one in the front and one in the back of the car. Its important to keep the air circulating , and it really helps a lot.

Another way to deal with moisture-rich garage floors is to put down a large sheet of plastic (Visqueen), and then lay several sheets of exterior-grade 1/2" or 3/4" plywood on the plastic, butted together. The plastic will barrier most of the moisture trying to come up from the floor, and what does come through will be absorbed and evaporated from the plywood.

I painted my garage floor with Sherwin Williams Expoxy Garage Paint. I did it in White and put on 4 coats. It looks awesome and is more or less bullet proof. Nothing sticks to it and absolutely no moisture comes up through it at all.

In addition to that, when I built my house I had 2 vents from the AC and Heating sytem plumbed into the garage. I can open and close them as required. I put seals on the Garage door and insulated the dead areas (places that normally are not insulated). My garage stays comfortable all year round.
