Hi All. I recently purchased a 1980 Camaro for my son and I to work on until he gets his license. I joined to assist with troubleshooting pointers and general repair advice. I know my way around the garage a little, but please be patient with me.
About the car... I stumbled across a really good project car that is mostly complete. Needs a leaf spring, exhaust, brakes redone, etc. from sitting. It has a '75 350 "CMJ" (read somewhere it may be a police motor) with an Edlebrock intake and Holley 4-bbl. Might be a lot of muscle for the new driver, but he's got to learn somehow!
Anyway, any advice is welcome and I'll contribute as I can.
