I bought or should I say rescued a 91 RS/305 with an automatic, artic white with the red interior about 8 months ago, even though she needs a good amount of work, I love it. So far I have some of body work done, put a new starter, alternator, distributor and have straigthened out some wiring issues in her. I plan on overhauling her back to original stock condition. I do need some help with my tach, it doesn't work. I had my mechanic check it and he said it work at the engine and it must be a problem at the gauge cluster, so I replaced the gauge cluster with one that worked in the Camaro it was in but I still have no tach, but all other gauges work, does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

She is up an running and I have given her a complete tune up including new wires, cap etc. and either the old tach or new tach just lays there.
